Force factor is a SCAM. They have poor business ethics. Their staff members are well trained in manipulative legal mumbo jumbo. They are very very unprofessional.

They sucker you in with their free trial of $4.99. And then hit you with a $79.87, and when you cancel they hit you again with if you want your money returned you'll have to pay $4.99 yet again. Wow man I tell you WHAT A PIECE OF CRAP COMPANY!

I truly hope that someone starts up a class action suite against this company, as I would like to be first in line to make sure no one else ever gets burned by companies or businesses like this one.

Garbage purely GARBAGE!!!

I hope you all lose your jobs and company!!!!

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Forced Billing By Forced Factor

AUTHOR: Andy - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, January 04, 2013

COURTNEY - a supervisor at the Customer Service line at Force Factor, will issue any credit that customers are requesting - as she has already taken care of my request today, and confirmed same in my e-mail, so ask for her - and don't waste your time with the first person that answers the phone, who's sole job is to "argue the point" and I offer this suggestion because I don't want the rest of you people to lose your cool the way that I did - but sometimes, inventing new four letter words is the ONLY way to get a merchant's attention.

I will NEVER again buy into ANY Free-Trial Offer, because - though I e-mailed & called Force Factor to CANCEL my follow-up products within 10 days, the ONLY thing that stopped is the product shipment, but the $74.98 kept hitting my account, and I was OUTRAGED !!!

Any company that snags it's customers in this manner ought to be put out of business !

Hope this helps some of you.... and BY THE WAY - forward all SPAM / Nigerian e-mails to SPAM@UCE.GOV  as well as the corporate security offices of any company that they purport to be representing, and these days, "Trust, But Verify" and no,....... just becasue "they" say that "If It Sounds Too Good To Be True, It Usually Is" .... does NOT necessarily mean that there are no exceptions, for the word "ususally" allows for them - and indeed, sometimes, something that does sound too good REALLY is that good - but it also means that we need to put out that extra bit of effort to get to the bottom of things !
