ATTACHED OFFICIAL BAR COMPLAINT! We had been very patient with Mr. Banister in getting our case resolved. But we think that we needed to escalate this problem and get some help from the BAR. We had a very complicated case that we had him took care of but the time he received our payment, communication has been too bad to the extent that he no longer responded to us.
A very same scenario with all the complaints I read here for him. We have been searching over and over for him but to no success, we notice that it is not just us whom you SCAMMED with. We will make sure that you got to pay back the time, effort and our money we exerted on this. Being scammed was never easy, going nowhere to ask whom to finish your case.
This is a double kill. We seek for help but we were victimized again. What a shame for a being a lawyer. You should be helping us. We heard that he is hiding in China, we will sue him and make sure he paid all he scammed!
