We are going through a very stressful home buying experience in Quail Valley, California. (Canyon Heights) Forecast Homes/K. Hovnanian has not been willing to disclose information to us regarding the repeated delays that are being blamed on the county of Riverside. We were scheduled to move in April and we still do not have a move in date.
I have read other rip off reports regarding this same development.
We would like to join forces to climb the ladder of management. This is a publicly traded company, so they are vulnerable to relentless people like us. I demand to be compensated for the delays in construction.
We would like to make contact with anyone involved with this development to exchange more detailed information about what is going on. As of today, we have heard that they have finally closed escrow on several homes in phases 1-3 and people are moving in.
Are Stacie, Suzette, or Marie still reading these reports? We are curious to see if you have finally moved in or if you backed out of your contract.

Kelly, I don't know where you are at in the process but I am sure an end is near. My move-in date started with April 22nd, I finally closed July 29th. As of now I believe some phases 1-6 are moved in. I was told the City and/or County would only allow them 32 occupancy permits and that is the only amount of people that could move in.
Yeah....a lot of little things are wrong with the house, but I have a house, my family is once again together. A customer service rep. by the name of Jason is a big help, he gave us his cell number and we use it!
Are you in the Bluffs or Grands? I was told the Grands wont be moving in until November, but you know how things change from week to week.
I will assure you that they have a new person (not new to co., but new to this development) by the name of Cindy Hornbecker(not sure of spelling) she is welcomed addition. I got straight answers with her, if she was unsure of something, she said that.
This is my first time reading this report in several weeks, but I will start to log on more often.
If you havent moved in already, I look forward to meeting you in the neighborhood. We can swap the lies we were told.
