Foreclosure Short Sale Specialist Did not provide services as indicated! Las Vegas, Nevada

When we contacted Debbie in the beginning she said that she could get us a modification or principle reduction on our first mortgage and could most likely get the 2nd removed completely.  We were told this could be done in 90 days at the most 6 months.  We paid her $2500 to handle boths loans.  After 13 months we finally received a modification on the 1st, but only because I was on the phone with the bank almost daily.  Every time I would call Debbie or her office they said they would get back to me that they were checking on things, but when I called the bank they had not spoken to anyone at her office.  I was told by Debbie that the 1st would have to be completed before they could do anything on the 2nd.  Once the 1st was done I called her on the 2nd and she never returned my calls or my emails.  I had to handle the 2nd myself.  Again $2500 for the so called work that they did was a RIP OFF!  At the most they did maybe $500 worth of work on my file.  I would like to know where my file with all my personal information is now!!
