I originally signed up for a program to help locate and buy a home at foreclosure pricing. The cost of the program was $4,409.00. The program was to include, mentoring sessions, web site, customer service, and most importantly they promised me they had lenders that I would find no problem getting approved through.

Once I realized the program wasn't going to work for me i tried to get a refund. They were not going to give me one. so I took them to court. My judgement in court apparently means nothing. The company has since been bought by another compay (or two I have no idea) and so everyone claims it isn't their money to give.

Without help from a lawyer there really isn't much else I can do. I have no more money left, even to file a garnishment! Without some sort of class action lawsuit I don't think I'll ever see my refund! I know there are other people out there with this same problem!

Go Public Who is the Judgment against?

AUTHOR: Fyi - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, June 03, 2005

? Who is the Judgment against? If IDI is the one to pay I would think they will follow through. I received my refund in less than a week, they did a credit to my credit card, it took 2 days for it to post. How long has it been? If PCS, do the same steps.

You may have to fax if email is not working for you. Go to their website(idiglobal.com or PCS's site, whoever the judgement is against)and get the names of the top people, address everything to them. I worked with a CS gal, I emailed them details. I sent 2nd email and notified them and if I did not hear from them by this date and time (eastern time) that:
I will follow through with my consumer right to file complaints with all state/federal regulatory and/or law enforcement agencies.
Complaint will include all associated with AFI: (to include but not limited to)
Summit Consulting, PMI, NMR, The Tax Club and IDI (these are the companies that were to provide services of the package sold) along with all names (CEO's', presidents, sales, customer service.) addresses, phone numbers, company logos, reports, photos of product.
When I didn't hear from them (IDI), I called at the deadline time; they said they would refund me in full right away. They did. They called once to verify to me that they did in fact make the credit to my account. It takes 24 hours for them to receive a confirmation number. They called me the next day to give me the confirmation number. Within 2 days the amount posted to my account. Remember, I worked with IDI because their name was on my credit card statement despite the fact that Summit Consulting is the one that actually made the sale, plus working with SC only gave me nightmares, stress & frustration.

If that fails, take your judgment & start filing complaints with both States Attorney Generals. Remember, most folks file these complaints without a judgment to back them up. Once the AG sees the copy of your judgment, he may just write them a letter and help you get your deserved refund. File with both state BBB's. While most of the program business names or coaching companies like (Auctions for Income, Professional Consulting Services, PMI, NMR, Summit Consulting, have Unsatisfactory BBB ratings, IDI has stayed untouched. I've read some reports that refunds were given because the BBB and/or AG's did get involved.

If they don't respond to that I would let them know that your next step is to start publishing the judgment in their local newspapers, and mail copies of it to all their neighboring businesses. Remember, you are allowed to publish truth!!!!! Or maybe start a web page publishing the judgment. Start a new thread here that you have in fact published the judgment on the web; give the addy so all of us can click in and take a look. They are a publicly traded stock company; I don't think they would want this kind of public attention. Or maybe you can get one of the local news companies to take a look at all your data. Their primary interest would be to help you obtain your refund and would most likely write them a letter on your behalf as they could always ask the company if they could interview with them on this subject. 2's on your side, isn't that the quote that station uses? There are still a lot of steps you can take so don't get down and don't give up cuz that is exactly what they want you to do.

Stay strong

Thanx I have done everything possible

Thank you so MUCH for your response. Unfortunately I have done everything possible! and I have been trying to work with IDI (who have now blocked incoming calls from my area code). They keep telling me I'll get my refund but I don't believe them.

It wouldn'tt ake this long. I've already searched and read all I could on all the websites I could find about these companies. I have a complete BINDER of record of my complaint with them and my judgement I was awarded for a full refund.

I have tried to contact lawyers and all they do is refere me back to the utah court system and no one there will talk to me because it would be considered "legal advice" all I need to know is what form to fill out for my judgement to be good in utah and for a garnishment. Still no luck to this day. can't even get a lawyer to take my money!

PCS= IDI, IDI uses various sales/marketing groups, read on

AUTHOR: Fyi - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, June 02, 2005

Hi Crystal,
The address you listed is for PCS. If PCS sold you the Foreclosure package, they owe the refund.
Go to idiglobal.com, click on "In the News" tab, read article dated: 1-21-04, IDI purchased Chief Financial whose subsidiary is PCS.
IDI's 2-10-04 report states that IDI outsourced sales services to PCS and that they acquired the company (Chief Financial/PCS) because it was virtually integrated in with IDI before the merger.

So, you might want to ask some questions and get some answers to:
1 - Who made the sale? PCS, IDI ? Whose name is on your credit card statement as having made the sale?

2 - What was the date of your purchase? Was it in the time frame that IDI contracted PCS to sell for them and/or after the acquisition? In either case, PCS/IDI should give you a refund.

3 - You must present your facts, as to why you want and deserve a refund in order to get one.
What did they tell you to get you to trust them & purchase their package? How were the products you received different from what they told you? Look at all the products they sent to you, whose logos & business names & addresses are on the different products?
Read some ripoff reports on Auctions for Income, Summit Consulting, Professional Consulting Services, StoresOnline, Onlinesupplier.com, IDI/Internet Development Inc. You will only get a refund if you can show misrepresentation of product & services &/or fraud. Some reports are very detailed in these facts, you need to do the same.

4 - Just because businesses merge or one is purchased by another, they are also purchasing existing customer base. Don't believe them when they give you their lines of BS. Do some research and get some advice from an attorney, even if you start out with going on line, there are some sites that you can get legal advice from for free or a dollar a day.

5 - Start filing reports everywhere on PCS & IDI. PCS & IDI sell various programs with different names, the names change sometimes but the programs themselves are very similar as are the complaints. File with the WI Attorney General & UT Attorney General, With both WI & UT BBB's. PCS has had an UNSATISFACTORY BBB rating for some time now.

6 - Get the rip off book from the rip off site, I did, I used the information and acquired a full refund. (from IDI)

IDI's name was on my credit card. Package sold to me by Summit Consulting, but they lied about who they were when they called me and sold me the package. They called saying they were the Auctions for Income Success Team, sold me a package which after reviewing and finding a lot of undisclosed costs, fees, etc., that what they told me I would receive and what I got were two very different things, I cancelled.

I called them and asked who they were and how they were involved with Auctions for Income. They lied again and said they were The Summit Group. After further research I found their true business name to be Summit Consulting which still has an UNSATISFACTORY BBB rating and you will read a number of rip-off reports here on them. I tried to get a refund through them but they were rude, insulting, argued, badgered and pushed, pushed, pushed to convince me to stay in their program. I would have no more of it.

I contacted IDI, sent them the detailed information of what had transpired and they provided me with a full refund.

These sales/marketing companies are really selling domain names and web sites managed by IDI and providing IDI with income via the monthly hosting fees.

They own Links for Trade I'm guessing as their logo was on the certificates they sent me. Links for Trade or any other software like it is useless. No one can control the search engines, any one who claims they can would be scamming you.
Most reports I have read claim that all they got was spam for the dollars they spent trying to generate hits to their sites, or it didn't work. Links for trade is also reported as having been part of StoresOnline packages.

Per their (idiglobal.com)'s own web site, In the News, IDI is in business with PCS, Professional Consulting Services, NeWave which is OnlineSupplier.com, and most recent -- of all people, John Beck with his Mentoring of America program.

The last 3 listed all have Unsatisfactory BBB rating and have reports filed here on ripoff. The amount of money IDI reports of bringing in, making the requested number of refunds should be NO PROBLEM for them. Go directly to them and forget about further communications with PCS.

Note: Print & maintain copies for your records of all your research. Print all BBB reports, any online articles, photo copy all letters, package covers, print emails, etc. Maintain good dates and records.

That way you can reference it when needed as the BBB's can change/add information, that way you can track new info that may be helpful.

Best of luck
