Had you contacted us, you would have realized that the scenario you described above is impossible with our service. In fact, we go out of our way to make sure our investors DO NOT have the right to take your home away. We even file the documents at the county courthouse to verify, on public record, that you are the rightful owner of your home. You are the only one who has the right to sell the home. You can verify this with the court and your attorneys; they will all tell you that it is impossible for us, or an investor to sell the home out from under you.
