Foreclosures.com ripoff Fair Oaks California

The BBS won't do anything. Thus, looking for a filed complaint is worthless.

I filed a slam dunk complaint with the BBS. They closed it, saying they had no jurisdiction. I found the law saying they did. So, it was opened, then closed. Because, now,they said there was "Confidentiality." But I am skilled in this field and explained that this was not true. However, my case was never examined.

I filed paperwork to get it open again. Then I recieved a harrassing call to get me to go away. NO report was ever filed to my knowledge. However, today I am told it was/ or it wasn't, depending on what legal side they are trying to be on.

Overall, the BBS scammed me out of a slam dunk complaint. Defeating itby never sending it to be examined and by being shady about their procedures.

They say they updated their procedures because of me but, REALLY, am I to believe that this is not the same story they tell each sucker.

I beg to different also about refunds. I have tried for 2 years to get a refund and was told no from foreclosures.com. Also went though my credit cards but was told had to go to tahoe weaton to get refund. Which they said no. Paid $5000.00 for course and was told she never sells course less than that. Now i see her course, i belive, on amazon.com for $3300.00 and her books that she charges $650.00 for are at amazon.com for $14.00. I will say this, i never took the course, just changed my mind and did not want to get into foreclose properties.

I've am an active subscriber to ForeclosureS.com, I've done my due diligence in finding the best foreclosure site to use for my business. I reviewed the site, signed up for a 7 day FREE trial as recommended to do my own comparison of sites and found that this works best for my business.

You mentioned you were slandered; actually I went to the page on foreclosures.com http://www.foreclosures.com/pages/gurus_to_avoid.asp that states the complaints were sent in by CLIENTS and their personal experience with gurus and other sites and offers the Guru a solution to get removed from the site. I actually used links provided on foreclosures.com to do the research on companies, which is how I did my due diligence for ForeclosureS.com. I'm satisfied that there were no complaints filed to the BBS, Federal, Attorney General, and all other information I could dig up was satisfactory. They have been in business since 1992 which all can be verified through business licenses, confirming through the secretary of state.

So if you're concerned, you can do you due diligence before doing business with anyone. I recommend in fact you should do this always!!

Alexis McGee and Foreclosures.com are a scam pure and simple sadly they seem to have fooled a number of you. I know they are a scam because they promote themselves by publishing slanderous information about others I know this is true because they did it to me. Here is the letter I wrote to them to get them to remove the slanderous information they published about me. needless to say I recieved no reply however they did removed it immediately because they know it was slanderous lies that they published on thier web site.

I would strongly advise anyone not to have anything to do with these people. Anyone who is serious about the foreclosure business should research the subject well and there are many sources of such information.

You dont need to resort to dealing with people who's only means of differenciating themselves is by slandering others. People like that only do this to hide thier true inadequacies. So Forego FORECLOSURES.CON and foreclose on Alex McGee, Timothy McGee and Tahoewheaton group and find something better YOU have many better choices out there than having to deal with people like that.

I am writing to you today to inform you that we are aware of slanderous information that you have placed on your web site concerning Brian ---, Jerry ----, Sarah --- and Freedom solutions. Clearly you are doing this to promote your own business and it shows a low level of integrity on your own part to use such a method to promote yourself. You obviously do little research otherwise you would not publish such information about us. I request that you immediately remove any and all information about the above mentioned named entities and individuals and replace it with a published apology or I will be forced to take additional steps in order to bring a halt to your slanderous method of self promotion.

It doesnt surprise me that Alexis McGee and foreclosures.con is not trusted I know from my own experience Foreclosres.con posted slanderous information about me.

They post slanderous stuff about others as ameans of self promotion basically anyone or company that needs to promote themselves by posting slanderous information about its percieved competitors must have a serious problem, not only with its integrity but about it confidence in its own produt and reason for existence.

So although I do not feel that they can be blamed for the wife leaving they obviously have some serious inadeqaucies about thier own business and product otherwise they wouldnt need to slander thier competitors.

Competitors I might add are by default superior purely in the fact that they do not slander in order promte themselves.

Monica ... I cannot find a Monica in Ukiah who has bought our information. I actually agree with your complaint on the Ukiah area information and we do refund money from those who are dissatisfied. Let us know.

If your boss it the gentleman in Lake County who was unimpressed. He got his money back twice

I don't tend to agree with your perfect track record. I have personally complained to your company on several occasions without response from anyone. I am very unimpressed with a company that is obviously not being truthful.

My boss invested in your listings and as I called our local courthouse to find out who the contact people were for the houses listed, I found that on more than a few occasions the houses listed had already been sold. And in some cases TWICE! This is the most current and up to date foreclosure sight around??????

Stop trying to sell yourself on perfection. I sent numerous emails and made several calls to try to get a response from your company regarding this matter, and I never even received acknowledgment. Perhaps your "perfect record" only counts the people that you respond to. It is a sad world when the only way a customer can get acknowledgment is when they make a public complaint.

First of all, who is this person? James, please reply with your last name and email address so I can see what exactly you ordered from us.

Second of all, we do not sell mentoring programs! My suspicion is that you bought a foreclosure list from foreclosure.com (NOT ForeclosureS.com). Then you received a phone call by a mentoring company (most likely PMG Mentors), who referenced "Foreclosure.com" as their way to sell you their product. They did not mention "ForeclosureS.com" because we do not use any outside company to sell anything to our customers. Nor do we offer any mentoring products for sale to anyone!

Third, please before you incorrectly conclude that ForeclosureS.com is the same company as Foreclosure.com, check your credit card statement. If you did buy anything from ForeclosureS.com you would see "Tahoe Wheaton Inc" as your charge.

Then, contact whomever is listed on your credit card bill. If it is ForeclosureS.com and you are unhappy with any of our products, we will gladly refund your offer.

Fourth, once you determine ForeclosureS.com did not make the charge on your card, and hence not responsible for your dispute, please post a followup clarification on this site immediately.

First I would like to say I don't know what happened or I pretend to know what happened with Forclosures.com. What ever it was I don't think it was Forclosures fault that your wife is going to leave you.

Being the subject of one divorce of countless breakups, I can tell you that a woman does not leave you for one bad monetary decision. Are you blaming the right person or people for your wife possibly leaving you?
