I order this junk after that I received 3 phone calls from there rude staff before I received it so I sent it back unopened and called them to stop payment since I sent it back 2 weeks later
They stated I would not be billed and I was billed $297.00 I was to be billed on 6-21-06 but was billed 6-15-06
I am disabled on a fixed income and they overdrew my bank account leaving me without the fund for my medication
everything they said or did was a lie
The information I received anyone can get from there state or federal goverment for free they use celebrities in there ads leading you to beleive that it is on the level far from it
I find it hard to beleive that anyone would use thier name in such a scam it sure has opened me eyes that they are crooks also for going along with this scam as well
STAY away from them it could cost you more than you have and it is not worth it

There is no secret way that you can buy a home for pennies on the dollar.
There are a million people looking through these unpaid-taxes, foreclosure, bank-repo, overdue mortgage, fixer-upper lists.
Most of these garbage properties sell for real close to what they are worth. You have to remember, these get-rich-in-real-estate scams have been working for many, many years.
As far as I can see, all these real-estate gurus pitching these scams are not out there actually buying or selling real-estate. They make all their money by convincing suckers into buying their courses.
Selling phony real-estate get-rich-overnight courses. That's where the money is. Forget the actual real-estate.

responce to Arthur - Aurora, Oregon I was a realtor for several years I found some one who had the program just as I received it it was a joke the other person was being charged every month for more programs almost 300.00 a month they were desperate for a home so I took them to our county records dept and the now are living in a wonderfull home it cost them less than 10.000 dollars to buy it for back taxes the home is worth 325.000 and it is their's with no other hassels jim's program offers you the same information and homes that are in forcloser and people that are " willing to put up the money " like everything else they want some of the pie too you do all the leg work and they eat pie so good luck

i find it hard to believe that you can make a fair statement that this guy has riped you off when you have not even opened his package to try what he was trying to teach you.infact you agreed to write one offer before you cent it back for a refund these terms of agreement are on his web site. I am waiting for my system rite now and if they rip me off i will be the first to apologize to you. but at the same time if it works i will be sure and tell you that too and i will be sure and post my story also
