These people were real nice until they got my money. Bill Cook called me personally once or twice. After checking on the BBB website ( in july 08, they had a BBB rating of "A") I sent in $450. I soon found that they would not return messages, nor contact you in any way regarding your job search. I have no proof that they ever sent my resume to anyone. It took me a month just to get a receipt. Over a year later, I have yet to be contacted by any potential employers. As of today, their phone has been disconnected and their BBB rating has fallen to "B-" (wish I would have found Ripoff Reports sooner) Would like to hear from someone who actually got a job through them.

Can't rely on the BBB reports

I would never rely on the reports at the BBB. In the future, always check this website for postings and do internet searches on the company(ies) and see what other information you can find. When I am investigating a company, I check a variety of complaint sites, particularly this one, and check the scam websites for postings, do internet checks, etc. I also check the domain registration to see how long the company has had their domain, if they are hiding behind a private registration (not a good sign), etc. You can also check with the Attorney General's office's consumer protection division in your state and in the state where the company is located, in order to see if they have been reported for anything.
