Price of car was 2,990 In print ads and online, we did not know this price when we made our purchase. Sold to us for 6,990@ 29%interest for a total of $10,000. Down payment was agreed upon, than after we got home we found out we had to give an additional $500.00 down payment in a few weeks. The auto had electrical problems which we were told would be fixed before we left the lot. Got home had the same issue, when we went back they wanted us to pay to have the auto checked out( even with their warranty).

Yep...the standard old dodge "you must work for them" because you just can't offer a point-by-point rebuttal when somebody hits the nail directly on the head. There is NO excuse to NOT reading what you are signing BEFORE you sign it. Not one single excuse. The contract obligates the signer to terms and conditions. To not even take the time to READ those terms and conditions but sign anyway is just plain stupid. If you're the "parent" then perhaps you should be teaching her this important fact rather than making excuses for her.

Hey Jim, go to foreman and buy a car and than leave a comment. How about addressing the other issues. They shuffle those papers in front of you faster than they grab the down payment out of your hands. sorry my daughter was young and naive.
