Forensic Case Management Services, Commercial Investigations Inc. They lie! Van Nuys California

These folks are shady! Do not use them to collect debt for you! I thought I would try them after I received a cold call from them. I gave them one account to "try them out". They were given the account on 3/6/08, the were happy to call me to tell me that they had collected the money on 4/4/08. Great! When will I see my money? Oh we'll hold this payment and send it out with any other accounts we collect for you. I said that I would prefer the check be sent out first. They say sure no problem. One week goes by ,no check. MANY calls to them insisting that they send my check,no check.
They say it must have gotten lost,stop payment on it. About three days later the check arrives. How about that! I have a check that I can't cash! MANY MANY calls later and so many stories. It went out yesterday,It's going next week, the guy that signs the checks is out, it's in the mail room waiting to be processed. B.S.!!Finally on 6/9/08 I got another check, but it was $81.98 short! I called and complained ,not that anyone cares. I was shocked that I ever got any money at all. They caused me more stress than the original bad customer ever thought of causing me.
