Company refuses to honor warranty, brought Spa less than 2 years ago. They changed their name and address and I even spoke to the salesman that sold me the Spa and he told me, I never brought a Spa from them! I purchased Spa from Northern Spa, if I call the numbers provided on my invoice they work and redirect to Forever spa as well as their website. If you type www.northernspa.com into the URL, it takes you directly to the Forever Spa website, which states (OMG, I went to copy the direct wording from website and they changed it, I've also reported them to the BBB), as of yesterday (March 20, 2008) it stated, "brought to you by Northern Spas, same great people, same great service, but better name."

This individual bought a spa from Factory New Spas / Northern Spas of New York, located at 5 Charles Street, Pleasant Valley, NY 12569. That company is still in business at that same location.
We have attempted to explain to this complainant that same name companies can exist in two different states, but it fell on deaf ears.
She has reported us to CT BBB, and they have found in our favor, and dismissed her accusations.
The only way we could stop this person from harassing us, is advising her that we will pursue criminal charges against her for harassing our employees.
Our company has NEVER sold anything to this individual.
