Forever Warranty scam Nationwide
We purchased an extended warranty from Forever Warranty on our 2011 Toyota van bought in June 2015. In June of 2016 we had a problem with the electronic coupler in the rear end of our van. When we took it to the dealer to have it repaired Forever Warranty denied coverage because we had not ask permission to have our 3rd oil change done by our local mechanic who had been preapproved as an authorized mechanic and had done our 2nd oil change with their ok. What does an oil change have to do with a problem in the rear end? We feel like we were scamed. What can we do to get reimbursement for the $1600 bill?
