Forever Young Company Filled out a survey for credit card, got gifts but was charged monthly by Forever Young Company gainesville fl

Credit card survey came up when I login my credi card account, as rewards for filling up the credit card survey, Forever Young Comany provided their products as free gifts, only charged shipping fee for $4.95 and $7. 95 (they charged the credit card directly, they did not have the paypal choice.) Later when I checked my credit card online,  besides the $4.95 and $7. 95, they charged $54.95 and $79.95, but were pending.  I called the credit card company to report the un-authorized charges and request blocking the charges,  crdit card company told me to refuse everything from them, "do not open any package from them". I did what the credit card company told me to do, refused the package from them at post office (If you refuse to accepting item, the post office do not give you receipt for taking back the package). The next month  I were charged again  $54.95 and $79.95, I refused the package but the package came back about two weeks later, I had to return them by Fedex. I contacted the Forever Young Comapany to stop the un-autherized charges and sending me the products that I never bought. The customer service told me, when I filled out the survey, I already agreed to pay them monthly after 14 days of tria, which I never did. They only refund the charges that I sent back by Fedex, but not the first time "refuse the package" since I have no proof. 

Forever Young Company can somehow attached the securitysite to get your credit card information to scam you, just becareful.
