Forever Young Laser Med Spa Club Tan Paid over $7000 for unused package Beaverton oRegon

Forever Young Medical spa was once called "Club Tan" I bought a tanning package in April of 2011. I paid over $1500 for that package. After paying it off a friend told me of this awesome laser treatment that would make my baby body go back to normal. Little did I know that I would pay $5000 for treatment I would never get to use. I bought the package because I beleived everything the sales people told me. Who wouldnt right? Well, my appointments were continuously cancelled or I would show up and they would tell me that the tech went home early. Once I came in for my appointment and the girl checking in before me was a friend of the manager and a "walk in client"  She wanted to get a treatment before she left for vacation. Turns out, they gave her my time slot. I threw a fit and their way of apologizing was giving me three extra treatments. Who does that? 

Every week for the last four months the company has called to find out if I want to pay off my package early for a discount and extra offers. I would continuously decline. Yesterday afternoon, I saw a smaller charge then what they normally charged me and I thought there was a mistake. Well, there was a mistake, they were closing for good and STILL CHARGED ME! I contacted the bank, cancelled my debit card and disputed the charges. Now I want to find out how we as customers and victims can fight back. Money we paid was stolen and they state they are going to trade us to Tan Republic. Well according to that business, its dollar for dollar paid on a package. If you got free tans for signing a package, you wont get anything. I AM ANGRY! This is NOT ok. We HAVE TO FIGHT BACK!
