I SPENT $ 20.00 TWO WEEKS AGO, TO PURCHASE PRE-PAID CALLING CARDS, FROM FOREX.
AFTER ABOUT A WEEK, I WANTED TO CALL THE PHILLIPINES...NOTICING THE ORIGINAL AMOUT OF TIME, WHICH WAS 16 MINUTES FOR A $ 5.00 CARD...HAD BEEN REDUCED TO 15 MINUTES (APPROX $.50) LOST...I CONTACTED THE COMPANY..THE COMPANY BASICALLY SAID 'SCREW YOU' !!
FOREX ADVERTISES IN THEIR OFFICES, THAT THESE PRE=PAID CARDS HAVE NO HIDDEN CHARGES....GUESS WHAT ?? THEY DO.....
DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRE-PAID TELEPHONE CARD, BEING SOLD BY FOREX, THAT IS NETWORKED BY TOTAL CALL, INC. THE NAME OF THE COMPANY IS ON THE BACK OF THE CARD.
I HAVE CONTACTED THE FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION AND FOREX, LODGING A COMPLAINT WITH FOREX, FOR THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE 'FALSE ADVERTISING', SAYING 'NO HIDDEN CHARGES', WHEN IN FACT THERE ACTUALLY IS....
