I purchased a 9,000 dollar so called natural mattress which turned out to be anyhting but.
Fisrt the owner Jack. wouldnt return my call. when I did reach him he BLAMED ME FOR OSMEHTING WHEN I DID NOTHING I HAD A 30 YR WARRANTY ON A DEFECTIVE BED AND HE REFUSED TO DEAL WITH IT. INSTEAD HE WAS SMUG AND BELIGERANT AND TRIED TO AVOID ANY CONTACT.
IN MY OPINION HE TOOK MY MONEY AND AFTER THA I WAS NOT EVEN WORTH HIS TIME.
I WAS HUMILIATED,
I SHOUL DHAVE READ HIS TERRIBLE REVIEWS ONLINE!
THIS WAS DEVASTING TO BE TAKEN FOR THAT MUCH MONEY WITH NO SERVICE OR ANY TYPE OF CONSIDERATION.
THE PRODUCT WAS NOT NATURAL IT WAS GLUED TOGETHER !!!
NEVER AGIAN .IT IS MY OPINION HTAT YOU SHOULD RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS RETAILER.
I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP THERE AGIAN!
