THE SHOCK AND SHAME, IS THE APPARENT PUPPET MASTER POWER THE ZEECKS WIELDED OVER THE COLLIN COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEYS OFFICE, IN CONVINCING THE PROSECUTORS THIS WAS A CRIMINAL CASE, NOT A CIVIL ACTION.

 A REMARKABLE IRONY IN THE CASE, WAS WHEN THE LEAD PROSECUTOR SCOLDED RONALD HANSON WHILE HE TOOK THE STAND CONCERNING A LIEN HIS COMPANY HAD FILED ON THE ZEECK PROPERTY AFTER THE INITIAL DOWN PAYMENT WAS FOUND TO HAVE BEEN STOPPED PAYMENT ON, BEFORE THE EXCAVATION CHECK WAS ISSUED OVER 9 DAYS LATER, REVEALING PREMEDITATED ATTEMPTS TO HAVE WORK PERFORMED BY DFW VIKING POOLS, THEN REJECTING PAYMENT OF CHECKS ISSUED WHEN WORK WAS INITIATED.

THE IRONY WAS WHEN THE PROSECUTOR SCOLDED MR. HANSON ON THE STAND, CONCERNING THE FILING ON A LIEN, SAYING TO MR. HANSON..."WHY DID YOU FILE THIS LIEN? WHY DID YOU NOT FILE A CIVIL SUIT?" THIS, AS HE WAS PROSECUTING A CIVIL CASE AS A CRIMINAL CASE, OBVIOUSLY DO TO POWERFUL INTERESTS PRESSURE ON THE COLIN  COUNTY DAs office.

 Mr. Hanson has proclaimed his intention of filing a complaint in the matter with the US JUSTICE DEPARTMENT, naming all the participants mentioned above, as well as Bank of America and BBT, who, after being contacted by Colin County investigators, committed blatant frudulent actions, by slowing check processing, to allow for the checks to be stopped payment on, as BBT closed the small companies accounts, before completing such they sent back its Office rent check, without presenting it in either way on the companies bank statements, causing an eviction, and cretated fraudulent reciepts for window cash transactions, to unite the accounts available cash and its rent allotments, to offset any negitive balnce as a result of the premature forced account closure.

 When Mr. Hanson contacted B of A, audit team in California, and asked about information on the Zeeck transactions in this matter,

Which is a Civil Case trying to mascarade as a Criminal sUIT.

If this case is prosecuted, it brings down the entire commercial system in the usa, Contract Law, Company cashs check which is due, its a Crime.

Not a civil case, but a CRIMINAL case.

I eagerly await the concluded outcome to this.  Either Mr. Hanson skips town, like he's done in the past, or faces the consequences of his decade long run of scamming consumers for 100's of thousands of dollars.
