Forrest Cate Ford Biggest Liars in town, real ripoff artists LaFayette Georgia

My husband and I have had one too many dealings with Forrest Cate Ford.
The last dealing cost us the Biggest Deal of a Lifetime. We bought a wonderful GMC truck- almost brand new-just a few thousand miles... Well, no wonder the mileage was grand-its pretty little wheels had been convalescing in a cosmetic hospital for a total head on collision, then to keep its pretty little wheels shiny, it was "carried" state from state to let it rest?
We had the truck about 2 weeks when we found this out, it was curiousity on our part because they had such a hard time finding someone to "finance" it.
We had good credit and even had a $5,000.oo trade in. Well, maybe we shouldn't have checked it out? We went straight to the a*s' mouth. Wow, he had no ideal. He was quick to offer us a 2 year extended warranty to keep the truck. We refused. We left the keys in the truck and parked in front of the office door. The truck was picked up by Independent Bank, the oh, so wonderfulf bank who did us a "favor" because they did "alot" of service with F.C. Ford. We received a letter from Independent Bank stating the truck had been sold for a few dollars and we were to remit $12,000 (give or take a few hundred) with in 30 days. Off we went to discuss with one of Ringgold's finest attorneys (name being withheld because he will be next in my rantings).
He took our $750.00 bucks and said "a piece of cake" I'll even get your down payment back because of undue stress. Well , thats about all we heard of him, seems maybe he was friends with Forrest Cate too. You know those kind, always out of contact for one crisis or another. Well, to make all this sweet, Forrest Cate filed Bankruptcy, what timing......And last month my bank account was frozen with my husbands disability check and my payroll check---you know, the mortgage, car payment, utilities, and food kinda stuff. Well, Good ole state of Georgia did it again---they must have friends at the court house too. The account was to stay frozen 30 days, we paid an attorney to file Bankruptcy (why not, everyone else did), this attorney seems pretty good. He told us they would do a reversal on our bank account so we could have the funds, oops, someone slipped up and let Independent Bank have it at "29" days. Ever feel like just giving up????????????????????
Well, this attorney says I might as well stop fighting the system because it will cost me more in the long run. Well, sorry to say folks, but apparently these Georgia Crackers haven't ever grabbed a Tennessee Hillbilly and a RedAss RajunCajun at the same time.......
