We receive invoices once a month from Kevin Batesman, 759587 Central Ave., Collon, UT 43565. Invoice #0981982B for $6,000. It requests a signature & credit card information along with a credit application giving them permission to make inquiries into banking, savings & business. I, too, looked for this company to get more information, phone & fax numbers. I even sent a letter to both San Diego, CA & Collon, UT - both letters were returned.
Since there is not a phone or fax listed on the invoice & addresses are invalid, there isn't a way to give them your credit card if you are stupid enough to think this is a valid invoice. From what I've read of other reports, everyone's invoice has the same Invoice #.
