Fort Bend Christmas Lights Scott Paul, Sharon Paul, Watch out! Theft, F rating with the BBB, Worst Company Ever! Katy, Texas

Today, I learned the Paul's "DO NOT OWN FORT BEND CHRISTMAS LIGHTS" as a business.

S. Paul registered the domain name and built a website (as a service) for  Juan Barron the owner of Fort Bend Christmas Lights, but never transferred ownership of that domain name to Juan Barron. The Paul's did not own the business but did provide a website service that included the registration of the domain name on 10/28/2009 and paid for a 5 year term for the domain name. 

In 2011, my business received numerous calls asking for help after Fort Bend Christmas Lights would not help their clients after they took their money and would not show up. To help prevent additional issues our team posted the above comments in order to prevent problems. We were even asked by Fort Bend County Sherriff’s Department if we knew the owners, since we donated to their Toy Drive. We did not know the owners of this company. We have helped many people to start companies with our knowledge and expertise. This posting was not written to hurt anyone but we wanted the public to know what was going on since our team was receiving numerous calls from their unhappy clients and we still hear complaints.

My team made every effort to locate the owner(s) of the company and made the assumption based on the facts that we could find at that time through the 2011 BBB Report and the 2011 Whois Reregistration of the website/domain name, Property Tax Records, it appeared the Paul's owned the company. Our team searched for ownership through Fort Bend County and Harris County and the business was not registered or the records could not be located at that time. My team assumed the owners were the domain name owners since S. Paul's name appeared in the 2011 BBB File and the 2011 Whois Registration for the website/domain name. The above phone #s listed in this report Did appear on the 2011 website/domain name and in the 2011 BBB File.  

The Paul's are NOT the owners of Fort Bend Christmas Lights, except S. Paul still owns the domain name until 10/28/2014 to prevent this company from conducting business in this name . 

The BBB has corrected their files reflecting the correct ownership of the service business but they still list the website owned by the S. Paul. The BBB still gives this company F Rating!

My apologies go out to the Paul's for the misunderstanding and if RipOff Report would allow me to delete or edit this post from 2011, I would. Unfortunately, RipOff Report has a policy to never remove or edit posts.

Recently Harris County filed a Lawsuit against the Paul’s based on the phone # 832-253-8751being listed in this report for Illegal Bandit Signs, has been reported that Juan Barron is the user of this phone #. This phone # is associated with the Paul's Domain Name and the Paul's are working hard to correct these issues on YouTube and more.  

The Paul's and myself would like to make it known they are not the owners of Fort Bend Christmas Lights (except the domain name) or Phone # (832) 253-8751 in this report.

My company never authorized our images to be use on the Fort Bend Christmas Lights website or in the YouTube Videos (now removed). The pictures of our images used by Fort Bend Christmas Lights were Stolen directly from our website and were copyrighted by my professional photographer. I own the rights to those images the images that were stolen and included my personal home. The use of those stolen copyrighted images are considered Theft and more.
