Orchard bank told me when i got my credit cards that i could get insurance if i was out of work. They also said if i got in a accident i didnt have to worry they would take care of the money owed. Last Nov. i lost my job there was no work so after looking around for 2 months i called hsbc and reported to them that i could not make the payments. They gave me the run around and denied me any consideration. Now for almost 2 years they took out of one card every month $ 28.56 The other card was small they only took out $ 5.76 a month.They call every day for their money and i tell them if hsbc gives me the money back that they stole from me i will pay them.They refuse to do anything about it , so now i am stuck . They promissed me one thing and when it came time to collect they renegged. I hope we can do something about the crooked ways these Card co.get away with stealing.
