Fort Lauderdale Police Sergeant Hector Martinez, Detective Yvette Martinez Security Detail Cash Scam Lead to Conflict of Interest in a Criminal Investigation Fort Lauderdale Florida

The FLPD (Fort Lauderdale Police) allows their Law Enforcement officials to roam the steets of Fort Lauderdale and make CASH deals directly with non-profit events that falsely purport that the net-profits go to charity, most likely under the table, for Security Detail work. If that's not enough, they also allow these cops to assign themselves to investigate criminal cases that invloves their Security Detail Employer.

Furthermore, the FLPD claims that it is NOT a Conflict of Interest nor do they care if they pay their taxes on all the CASH they pocket. As a result, a criminal investigation was compromised, police reports were falsified and pertinent evidence was tampered with. The FLPD Officials Sgt. Hector martinez, Detective Yvette martinez and Detective Brad Jenkins went as far as deleting pertinent text messages while the cell phone was in forensics with Detective Brad jenkins and fake names of witnesses were given in sworn statements by their Security Detail Employer and on their Police reports In an deliberate and malicious attempt to hide the witness' identity so the victim could not locate him.

The FLPD has absolutely no monitoring system for Security Detail nor do they conduct audits on their police officers of all the CASH they pocket even after being asked several time to do so. We discovered all of the above via public record and they still have done nothing even after this evidence was presented.

This evidence was not only presented to Police Chief Maglione, Asst. Chief of police Louis Alvarex, the FLPD Internal Affairs and the Broward State Attorney's Office and still NOTHNG HAS BEEN DONE! Finally, we also discovered that Sgt. Hector Martinez also reports fake hours worked on the Security Detail Roster to the tune of an approx additional 13 hours, double dipping, on same day of this event.
