Fortress Financial Services, Inc. A lawyer for this company worked on a business case for me where I was overcharged for services. She quoted me one price and then kept making changes to the price. I had also enlisted her services for a personal matter to which I resolved on my own and she kept my $500 deposit claiming that she had already spent hours on the phone, which was not true. This company is money hungry and will do anything to get you to retain their services. They quote you one thing and continue to go up on the prices and cheat you out of your money. Does Fortress Financial Services Inc. also operate in Denver, Colorado? A company by the same name provides timeshare services but uses two different addresses in Denver which btw cannot be located using Google maps.

A friend of mine contracted with Fortress regarding his timeshare and has been unable to collect his payment after months of waiting. They are very difficult to reach by phone and have not lived up to their commitments to pay although my friend has paid multiple fees for their services.

After my complaints were made know to the management team at Fortress Financial, I am pleased to say that management resolved my concerns and that I am satisfied with the resolution that was reached. It showed me that the management team is fair and concerned about customer satisfaction.

When Fortress management learned of this client's concerns, the client's case was thoroughly reviewed.  Management concluded that the Fortress employee who was handling this case erroneously believed that a request for additional fees was justified because Fortress was providing additional services that were not included in the original contract with this client.  While it is true that Fortress is providing services that were not included in the initial contract, management determined that the employee handling this case agreed many months ago to handle the additional services without requiring additional fees.  Although the fees charged turned out to be far too little to cover the amount of work involved, Fortress stands by its commitments to its clients, including the commitment made by this particular employee.  Therefore, management will require that the services be completed for no additional fee.
