Fortress Security "Don't let you cancel !!!!! even when you fulfilled contract" Arlington , Texas

Sent notice of non renewal more than 3 months in advance when only 30 days is required sent it certified. They called to try to get me to continue and bad mouthed the new co. Sent me a proposal for a new contract which I did not accept. When I emailed to get a fully accounting and to remind them I canceled so not to continue deducting funds from my account.  Then I got another call to convince us not to leave once I stated we already did then I was told my notice was no good and would renew for another month because it did not include my password or account number.  Although they knew it was me canceling because they had contacted me multiply times and never mentioned anything was missing.  I pulled the contract again and no where on there is a account number and the funds are automatically deducted. I was told I could of called for it.  I did request it by email several times and still have not received it. They clearly use tactics to try to keep taking your money... Never use them, terrible customer service especially from the president.

If you want a good alarm service call Smith Thompson it is 5.00 a month cheaper and no contract.  Plus way better customer service.
