Fortune 100 - Simon Arndt (salesman), Fortune 100 Trading As Red Back Gaming Pty Ltd Ripped me off $15,000 for software that didn't work and training I never got! Gold Coast - Varsity Lakes QLD Australia

Back in Mar/Apr08 at the small business expo, I was sucked in to viewing a demo of Fortune 100 gambling software by salesman, SIMON ARNDT. I paid $15,000 after just one over the phone trial on my computer (stupid me). I got 1 x one hour over the phone "training session", after they missed appointments they had made, leaving me sitting by the computer wating for a call that wasn't going to come.

A few weeks later I had to go overseas and thought that I'd be able to continue my training overseas and use the program. Unfortunately I was in a country where all forms of gamling and associated web sites were banned/forbidden/illegal and I couldn't use the program. I advised fortune 100 of this via phone and email and was assured I'd be able to resume my training once I returned 5months later in Oct.

When I returned to Australia I rang and rang them, eventually I was called back by a woman called "Ann" and advised "sorry but I've been told to tell U we no longer do training, I'm really sorry but that's how it is". I then continued to call back and ask for someone in authority I could talk to relating to my training that was promised as part of the package. I did get a call back a week or so later and told that they'd be able to sort something out for me and that someone from customer/client services would call me back regarding this.

I've never heard anything since. I've called and left my name and number about 50+ times since. emailed, sent written correspondence regarding a refund via registered mail. Still nothing back from them. I can't get to talk to anyone there as all calls just go to a "CALLGIRL" and she tells U everyone's busy, but she'll take your name and number and have someone call U back. They never call back!

I have this software program on my laptop I can't/don't know how to use. Have no way/no one to ask or show me how to use it, what the hell am I suppose to do about it/whit it now? I've come to the ultimate sad reality that the whole thing, is one big scam and I know have to case them for some/anyof the money back. I spent $15,000 on it so I'm prepared to spend at least that much casing them in court for as long as it takes+.

I'm in Sydney but am in the process of putting a claim into the small claims tribunal in QLD, as they are a QLD based company and it has to be submitted to the local magistrated court there on the Gold Coast. I also have a few people looking into their operations down at Varsity Lakes to find out just what goes on there, or is it just a call centre, fake office address???

I'd like to hear from anyone that has had trouble with this mob and wants to do something about it.
Those interested in filing a class action against them, which I'm sure would do alot more damage, have access to alot more funding and resources if we pooled our funding and knowledge of what their up to/been up to.

I want to find out exactly whos behind this mob and hound them in and out of court for the rest of there lifes.
