In November, 2009, I submitted information necessary to receive additional information about an online home based business that would guarantee me a very healthy return on my investment, which was somewhere around $1500+, within a six month period of time or so.  I was told that there were multiple websites attached to my particular package that were all easily modified to my specifications.  The BUSINSESS revolved around servicing mortgage loans for consumers and that after selling two service packages, I would be getting 100% of the cost required by the consumer for these services.  I was told that the amount of time required by myself to "work" this business would be minimal.  This was important and appealed to me since I work long hours going into work at odd times and getting off work at odd times.  After an hour conversation with an intermediary and constant reassurance of the validity of this opportunity, i signed up, received some information on expediting the contract, and had "e-signed" a W9 form required before any true business would be entertained.  Realizing that this opportunity was a hands-off process, I felt great going into it and soon found myself navigating and personalizing my websites, as I was told to do.

I soon received an email message from "Monty" who was "excited" to be working with me since he was my coach and counselor and would be the one responsible for answering any questions I may have and guiding me into posting ads in different markets to increase my exposure.  Oh, I almost forgot, I also purchased an advertising package which was to further heighten the exposure of this business on and off the internet.

Six weeks went by and NOTHING.  I called and asked for clarity, complaining of the misleading dialogue that I felt had occurred regarding the profitability of this business.  I was told that a supervisor would be calling me.

The next day, while I am online trying to figure this out myself, I get a call from "Monty" who proceeded to ream me a new one over the phone.  He stated that my impatience was unjustified and that he had thousands of clients who paid over $70,000 in advertising budget to get their businesses up and running and extremely profitable within a short period of time.  He never really let down his aggression and the call ended with me feeling only marginally appeased.

I let another few weeks pass and checked the activity of MY business with the tracking tool provided to each business partner to keep up with clients as well as profits.  Nothing so I emailed Monty as well as customer support and waited....The customer service email did not work.  I called customer support and actually spoke to someone who reassured me that this was temporary and that they were experiencing some technical difficulty that should not be lasting too much longer.  It has yet to work as of today, May 24, 2010.

I am still being charged a fee of $19.95 monthly and cannot contact anyone to unsubscribe and cancel this business.  I do not want to have to close my bank account in order to stop fraudulent drafts but that is what I am going to have to do, apparently.

What a pain!  Not only are these folk fraudulent scam artists in their portrayal of this business they are charging people for something they may not want anymore and not allowing contact with their customer service representatives to cancel.

Don't get involved with this Fortune 500 Group.

Here is the information I copied and pasted from one of the emails received from "Monty":
