On July 1, 2004, I evidently was billed twice on my bank VISA for $135. The charges were made by a company called Fortune Builder. I had never heard of them, but I see that others have also been fraudulently billed by this company in similar ways.

I only use this card for financial exchanges, and to pay my phone bill. Any charges other than those cannot have been authorized. I have no idea how they got my number. I suppose my number has been in circulation for a while. Perhaps this is a lesson to require your credit cards well before they expire.
