I am reporting all of Fortune Lounge Casinos. I have had ongoing problems that are never resolved. I must be stupid because I keep going back. They offer bonuses to me that I am not eligible for daily (I am not a NEW player)and when I ask what they do for loyal players, they tell me they have the "players club" which sucks.

For every $1000 you get ONE point. You need 10000 points to get $10!! I have complained that there has been no change in my player's club account for days although I have played and I was told that it would be audited yesterday and I would be notified of the results! It didn't happen.

There was a match bonus for everyone the last 5 days, but EveryWhere Money (which is what I use) wasn't working with Fortune Lounge. I called them 2 days into the bonus period and they said that I need to talk with EWM.

I had to wait until EWM was accesible which was business hours (luxembourg time) which was BEYOND the bonus time. When I spoke with EWM (an international call which I cannot afford) they said the problem is with Fortune Lounge's software... I called FL and they said they would fix it in an hour...14 hours ago.

Now I can't get the bonus, their EWM software does not work and they keep sending me emails that ask the questions I have answered via telephone and email 100's of times in the past days, ad nauseaum! Don't they read?

Now my emails are rejected and my money is caught between EWM and FL. The point? They have my money and I can't access it!!! Shame on them!
