FORWARD TRUCKING, STEVIS FORWARD FORARD TRUCKING RIPPED OFF CONTRACTOR AND LAND OWNER DALLAS, Texas

DALLAS, TX CO FOWARD Trucking SCAM did not pay his supplier the $10-K he owed after we PAID HIM IN FULL!

Mr. Forward has perpetrated many fraudulent  acts against us, such as signing a lien release that states you have paid all of YOUR bills, etc in which you PAID NONE and kept all of the money that you owned to your vender causing the vender to file a lien against out customers property as noted below. Gave us a phony GL insurance policy

I spoke with Diane Gleason your insurance agent and she informed me that Mr. Stevis Forward requested her to insure my company as noted in our contract during the construction process; she also informed me that I was not covered during this process as required due to no contract with your firm according to your agent. I asked her if Stevis Forward has power of attorney to do so she said no and went on to tell me that if she asked everybody who was not the Policy Holder if they had power of attorney she would have no business? This is deemed a fraudulent, misleading act against my company.
 
I spoke with Mr. Duran with Allied Waste and he informed me that Stevis Forward AKA Forward Trucking does not have an account with his firm that (Forward Trucking Services does) although he was allowed to use your credit line and this act falls under Texas property code 162.031 Misapplication of funds which is deemed a criminal act according to the Plano Police department perpetrated against my company.
 
Allied Waste placed a Mechanics Lien against my customers’ property located at 1809 K ave, Plano TX 75074 due to Forward Trucking Services unpaid balance of ($10,413.26) on our project. Stevis told me he had made a payment of either $2000.00 or $3000.00 to Allied? According to Allied they have never received a payment from him. Please be advised that we have paid Forward Trucking in full with his signature on a lien release per state law.
 
The owner is planning on suing my company due to the lien placed on his property including damages as noted per None - Payment from Forward Trucking Services per your invoice with Allied Waste.
 
The owner has placed a complaint against my company with the Dallas, TX Better Business Bureau due to the none-payment on your account, damaging my reputation as well.
 
Since the account is with your firm I am requesting that you Pay this bill in full on or before February 7 2011 and insure that Allied Waste has removed the lien from my customers property with the required proven documentation so I can prove to my customer, so I do not get sued for YOUR ACTS AS noted.
 
I am requesting that you inform the Dallas, TX BBB in writing that MAP construction was not the responsible party with Allied Waste that this is your account.
 
If this lien is not removed then we will shall file law suits against the responsible parties including the account holder with Allied Waste the insurance company for their part as well as Stevis Forward in this matter.
 
My attorney advised me to file Criminal charges with the Collin County Texas D.A. Office.
 
We have reached out to Forward Trucking who was paid ($15,650.00)  several times via writing, emails, phone calls, certified mail since September 2010 in order to resolve their bill with Allied Waste to no prevail in which has damaged my company in many ways as noted.
