foss jewlers did work to my ring 14k white gold ring when we got it back we found they took the band replaced it with silver band lewistown, Pennsylvania

My fiance bought me an engagement ring. it was a 3 stone ring middle diamond was .72 ct the two gems on outside were red sapphire we were replacing the sapphires on outside with real diamonds to match my 3/4 ct center diamond. we bought diamond earrings which we wanted to use to replace the sapphires. we bought the ring January  2010 we got engaged July 4 2010 and i started to wear the ring that day. november 1st 2010 we took the ring to Foss jewelers in Lewistown, PA they had my ring for a week to replace the sapphires with the diamond earrings they called and said it was ready to go. My fiance went to get it when he got there they said oh by the way your band is sterling silver not 14kw/g 6 months before this we had them look at it back when we got it and the guy said this is a thick 14k w/g band he confirmed it was w/g. When we bought it we had it appraised and we received a certificate which confirmed that it was definitely white gold. the only place we took it was Foss Jewelers my band had 14kwg stamped on the inside of the band on the side it also had the diamond ct weight stamped inside on the other side also when we got my ring back from Foss i knew right away what they did. on the inside of the band they gave me in place of the one they stole had nothing stamped on the inside that stuff dont just disappear also inside underneath when you look up through at the diamonds before they stole my old band was solid and you could Not see the sapphires looking through that way it was solid. now its hallow. They deny doing it but we have so much proof. DO NOT GO TO FOSS JEWELERS in Lewistown, pa they will steal your gold band and tell you that its sterling silver after they already looked at it 6 months before and said it was white gold. They ruined my beautiful 1.11 kt 14kw/g diamond ring now its silver.
