Foto-Tronix advertised Garmin Nuvi 260 as NEW. I even wrote them to verify that, they answered it is NEW as advertised and it was eligible for 2009 maps. I received the item today. The Garmin box had Priority Mail stickers over what was likely the word 'refurbished' (the Garmin box was in another box for shipping so there was no need of Priority stickers!) I then registered the unit with Garmin and it was NOT eligible for free map update. I talked with Garmin folks and the serial number indicated the unit was used last March making it ineligible. I tried logging on at Foto-Tronix but get an error message and bogus help. I was led to believe I had an account. There is no contact support except email. This company is definitely scamming people. It appears to have different names a swell. Please BEWARE BEWARE, Fraud. DO NOT buy from this business.
