BEWARE! BEWARE! Worst experience of buying anything online I have EVER had. I purchased a Kodak V603 on 11/28/07. The website states Brand New Factory Sealed With 1 Year USA Warranty In Stock Usually ships within 24-48 hours This is a lie. First I get and email asking me to call & verify my order. I call & they proceed to try and up sell me batteries, etc. 2 days go by, another email asking me this time for credit card verification. Now I should have gone with my gut & just canceled, but I was stupid and didn't. I verified my info and then proceeded to wait. So the usually ships within 24-48 hours is a lie I'm already 2 days behind.

I waited a week before calling to check status. To be told on 12/6 the order will ship either 12/7 or 12/10. No email on 12/10 with a tracking #. I call 12/11 and am told it will go out today. Tuesday night I did get a tracking # and it arrived 12/12- 2 WEEKS after I placed the order. I then receive the WRONG CAMERA! They sent a V1003. NOT what I ordered! AND it came in a plain brown box with a Xeroxed Kodak sheet taped to it. All parts & camera were wrapped individually in bubble wrap! NO warranty, no book.

I call immediately and am told I was upgraded because the V603 was no longer available. I was also reassured that the mess in the box I received was a factory camera. Something I can not verify, but honestly what would you think?! I call back again this new person tells me that the original camera I ordered V603 was indeed available (someone is lying here) but they could not give me a definitive date when it would be in or when I could receive it. If I choose to return the wrong one that they sent me I would have to pay a %15 restocking fee!

These people are a scam, should be shut down or put out of business. They falsely advertise, bait & switch and have unethical business practices. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
