Foundation Business Services They charged me even though I cancelled my services with them. do not know Internet

I canceled my services with this company in September 2015 which would have cancelled this transcation they charged me which equals $1,579.52.  I have tried to reach out to them and they only have two numbers.  (800) 388-3712 which is all comercials and 208-996-5534 which does not have a mail box set up with them.  They are trying to charge me thru a company called Universal Account Services which did not know anything about this company.  They are the ones who gave me the (800) 388-3712 number.

They have opened an investigation on this company also. They were supossed to be an on-line business company who teaches you how to make money on-line.  It has cost me more than $2,000.00 and I have recieved no income following their instructions, that is when I decided to cancel their services.  Then I receive an invoice from them to pay and aditional $1,579.52.  I have cancelled the credit card I used to purchase this service.
