I went to the local bank to refinance my home mortgage.  A few days after the meeting with the local bank, a person named randy woods called my home.  I thought it was the bank person calling me about the mortgage.  He was very convincing about closing the mortgage in 15days and giving me a 3.75% interest rate.  He told me to go on the interenet www.onlineffg.com and pay lender inspection fee which includes the appraisal.  I was unaware of the situation at the time of being pulled in by the scam artist.  I paid $490 upfront for no reason.  He told me to read about how great their company is, all the customer review on their website was positive.  He stated that the BBB rating was A+, which doesn't mean anything if you don't understand the ratings.  A day later the appraisal person called me in which I declined to setup an appointment.  I told them I had cancelled the order.

On the same day after realizing that I have been a victim of this clever mastermind company. I called the credit card company to cancel stop the transaction and called FFG company to cancel the appraisal order. They ignored my phone calls. They ignored my email.  A few days later.  I called the credit card company again, while on the phone, the agent called the FFG company.  Randy Woods of FFG called my house with a very unhappy tone.  He tried to convince me about the credibility of the company.  I told him to cancel the mortgage and to refund my money back.  He then stated that he can only refund back $200 dollars due to a cancellation fee of 290$. I have not recieved any services from them.  If this company was an honest company, they would have refunded the $490 without arguing with the customer.

here is the breakdown

Foundation Financial Group = scam agent + lender inspection fee $490 + you paid them first, you cancel, they sent you the fine prints saying that it's non-refundable + they will send you a letter with all justification of taking your money and shift the blame to you

Avoid anything that has to do with Foundation Financial Group, or FFG, or onlineffg.com.  They will steal your money like taking candy from a baby.
