We contracted with them to stablize the garage foundation and they dug trenches to install helical piers. One of the piers punctutred the sewer line which was not noticed until a sinkhole next to the garage wall appeared and the garage floor began sinking.

Called them out to inspect and offered solutions. The technician called his boss and boss's boss and they suggested there had to be issues other than their work.

When water began backing up into the house, we had plumbers and technicians come out to snake the line and see how to fix the situation. After water continued backing up inside the house we had a team using a locator to find out where the line may be blocked. They documented and placed the problem directly at the site of the pier installation by Foundation Systems of Michigan.

Calledl the company several times and now that their is a documented report tracing the problem back to them, they no longer respond. While we have filed an insurance claim, the last call I made to a staffer at the company who actully answered the phone said "We don't do piers that often." They advertised a service, claim tobe experts, yet, did not do a preliminary inspection of utilities on the property, broke items and covered them back over. After $12,000 paid to them, hundreds more to other companies, lost, contaminated and damaged property we have raw seweage being pumped out of the house, a garage floor that is sinking, a sinkhole in the yard, and a seemingly tankless septic field surrounding the house. They act like there is no responsibility for a problem that was nonexistent before they entered our backyard. Shame on them!
