Staying with them for a short term (days) will end up costing you a lot more then they specify to the order of $10,000's of dollars.
The quality of care is poor. They have informed staff who are not interested in you well being at all - they only complain about concerns regarding their pay while they smoke.
In addition the accommodation is below standard the same with the food. They are in such condition that I am allowed to operate.
I did not notice before but now I have also found that they have two websites as well.
Searching around the internet I have found I am not alone and would like for other people who have had a bad experience with this venue to contact me with details of their story so that some action could be taken towards getting this horrible place closed - or at least letting people know the truth.

Dear Anonymous,
Fountainhead provides education based programs for people suffering depression, anxiety, addiction and other stress related conditions. The retreat was established 12 years ago and we have had over 6,000 clients complete a program. over 100 previous clients have provided video testimonials, which are not anonymous, and can be found at www.youtube.com
we are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your program and I would like you to get in touch with us to discuss your concerns. our contact details can be found at our website.
In terms of the comments you have made, we are not a Cash Grab. every client has between 6-8 staff working on the client throiughout their program. we receive no government funding and are nit covered by health rebates.
We do not charge $10,000's extra for additional programs whilst the client is completing their program. We provide the program inclusions, the full fee, on the information that the client provides, before the client decides they wish to committ to the program.
we do have other websites which allows different groups of people information to different programs. We advise this on each website and do not hide this fact. we want clients to visit the program websites www.beattheblues.com.au and www.palladium-private.com so they can work out which type of program best suits their needs.
