Like a previous report from an unfortunate target of fraud *, we were nearly taken in by this too. We were almost scammed out of money too for "Due Diligence". They also took us to the last step of their funding scam and got us excited before asking for due diligence money. They also sent us a funding commitment document, obviously, like the previous poster, to make themselves seem legit.
I agree with a previous poster, DONT deal with this company and DONT send them any money.

We will not be removing our posting as it is a legitimate statement of concern for the way we were also treated. Perhaps you'd like to respond to what we went through in court?
Question To Mr Eric Lam:
1. Do you deny asking unsuspecting people/companies for thousands of dollars for due dilligence, site visit. etc. prior to any investment?
2. Do you honour your signed commitment documents/site visits and without delays?
3. Could you tell the people where your company address is on Google maps?:

4. Perhaps you'd like to post a video (not a photo) on Youtube so we can see who you are, where your company is and some of the valid companies you have invested in and are investing in so we can check?

We assume your project had been approved by our investment group for funding but so far we do not have any records showing a project with project owner under your name, first name or last name as "New York". As a professional project owner, you are requested to identify yourself and your project name to us. This late afternoon our legal dept. found that you have, without our permission as per the Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) that we have signed between us, posted this message or statement in the internet.
We do not know what is your real intention here. When you make a statement here in the internet, you have the burden of presenting prima facie evidence of each element of your statement. In a murder case, this would include evidence that the defendant's act caused the victim's death, and evidence that the defendant acted with malice aforethought. Are you basing on your own assumption to make this statement here? OR you just think you can play game here in the internet and assume nobody will find out who you are?
When you make this statement, you do not even have the "courage" to show to the general public your real name and real email address!! Tell everyone here who are you?? Show your professionalism to the general public here!! Are you a man or a woman, are you white or black?? Why you are hiding behind the internet?? How don't you write to us directly?? Our lawyers are now writing to this website company again, demanding them to release to us your real name and real email address and your internet IP address of your computer location, so within 10 to 14 days we will find out your real name, your real email address and your real IP address show your real location.
