I placed a mail order for nursery items. The shipment was picked up by DHL in Faribault, MN. and was delivered by the USPS to an address in Sayville, NY to a street indicated as: "Non Applicable". I live in PA not NY. This company will not acknowledge any fault and refuses to replace the order or forward a full refund check.
