Four Seasons Nursery Plantron, INC DEAD PLANTS/NO REFUND InternetBloomington, Illinois

After two years I still have no resolution to over $150.00 's that I will never see again. I placed an order with Four Seasons Nursery and after a 4 month wait, I recieved dead plants at the end of summer during the hottest weather in Maine. The plants were brown, wilted and obviously damaged from heat. Being an avid gardener I could tell that the plants sent were dead but planted them anyway to see if any would bounce back. To no avail, even the daylilies didn't make it. I then called the 4 seasons nursery and they would never answer, always buisy? When I finally did reach someone I was informed that they could not give a refund because it had been a year. It had been exactly 10 mo, last time I checked the calander there were 12 mo in a year? Even after explaining that I had tried to contact them upon recieveing my dead plants and could not get anyone on the phone I was still denied a refund?
