Despite receiving a series of dead plants last year for my own yard, and having "just let it go",,I tried again this year, because the price was right, for 4 butterfly bushes as a surprise gift for my parents. Sometime later I received from the parents a "thanks for the thought, but we received unviably wilted plant material" note, with which they enclosed the replacement certificate which they did not wish to use, as they were doubtful that any future order would be any better.
