FOUR SEASONS NURSERY. DIVISION OF PLANTRON, INC ripoff I ORDERED 6 TREES FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY SENT ME THE WRONG TREES AND WON'T SEND ME THE ONES I ORDERED BLOOMINGTON Illinois

Ok in the spring of 2005 i got this catalog from four seasons nursery.On page 2 they had some royal empress trees. They were very pretty with flowers ( purple ) on them. I ordered 6 trees at 6 for $9.95. That was about in april or may I'm not sure. Well spring passed and then summer and i never got my trees till about october. They were little stims with roots about as big around as a cigarette and about the color brown like a cigar. the stems or trees were about 5 to 6 inchs high.



Well i read the directions they sent with the trees and got the soil all mixed like they said and put them in pots for the winter and kept them in my house till spring. they growed some so when the weather was right I took them outside and put them in bigger pots.



These trees are suspose to grow about 12 feet a year. Thats the reason i put them in larger pots.Well they growed up to about 3 and four feet this summer so far.

This past monday I happened to find the catalog that I ordered them from and seen the pictures of the trees in it.WOW Was I surprised, they didn't look a thing like the ones i ordered. Not a bit.So i e mailed the company and sent them photos of the one they sent me and the ones in their catalog so they could see the difference.

Now they don't want to send me the ones I order to start with. they keep telling me that the trees i got are the royal empresses. I just think they want to cheat and not do the right thing about my order.
