I bought a vehicle from this place on November 3, 2014, finally test drove it around 7:30 pm after being there since 4:30 (they close at 6) gave Richard my $800 for down payment and took vehicle home with me. Gas guage showed empty, moon roof worked. Left around 8, went to put gas in and it spewed all over after only 7 gallons of fuel. Fuel Gauge flopping all over the place.

Get home to look it over some more with my mom and the moon roof isn't working, check engine light comes on and fuel gauge still flopping.  Called them told them about it the next morning.  Said they would have their mechanic take a look at it. 

November 5, had to sign a new contract.  Mentioned the issues again and they were ignored. After a week I took it to Auto Zone for a diagnostic test and was told there was a possible leak in the EVAP system.

November 6, unexpectedly got laid off.  

November 8, after receiving the last $200 of down payment they all were very rude from then on. Richard finally sent us over to his mechanic down the street and he said the same thing that Auto Zone said.   We bought a new gas cap and the check engine light went offafter a day or two.  Still hasn't done anything regarding the fuel gauge. They also installed a GPS that day in case I didn't pay they could come and get it. Richard said it was what they did to all vehicles financed on their lot. 

November 17, finance company calls once and Richard is calling non stop.  When I finally call Richard back around 2 he tells me that they found out he isn't working and he needs to bring the vehicle back or your mother can purchase it in her name. Finance company was fine because I was starting another job in a few days. Told me to send them my first paystub for the file. Tried to call Richard back after talking to finance company and he wouldn't answer my calls. 

November 18, Richard harrassed me all day about bringing in the vehicle. My moms job has an attorney available to employees and their families. So he got involved and tried to resolve it.  All 3 of those people  thought he wasn't a real attorney and was very rude to him, my mom and myself. Hangin up on us, calling us names.

November 19, returned vehicle to them at 3:30 pm.  Brent, screamed at my grandpa for asking about my down payment. Threw the keys when my asked for a returned receipt and cursed at her saying you took enough f***** pictures those are you your receipt and sat and pouted in his chair like a 2 yr old. Both he and Richard.  They looked ridiculously childlike! 

Went back and forth for 1 1/2 weeks on getting my down payment back.  It wasn't my fault they didn't turn in doc to the loan company for 2 weeks. I had a job when I signed them.  Had no idea about getting laid off.  They breached the contract by asking for the vehicle back.  I should have received all of my $1000 down payment back since the loan was never processed. They stopped the process not me or the loan company. The loan company told me to email them a paystub when I got it. No problem. 

Owner: Todd Andrews first said he would give me $500 breakdown of that: $150 detailing (had vehicle about 2 weeks), $200 for GPS Unit (Richard said required by them) and $150 for GPS Install/Removal. I didn't ask for it, they put it on all financed vehicles. And they lied about the mileage on it as well. Said we put 1088 miles on it. They said when we bought it, it had 141,722 miles and when brought back it had 142,810. 200 of those were running back and forth from them for Temporary tags every three days. If you look on there website the vehicle is still there after a month now, and they still have the mileage as 141,722!

The car was taken back cleaner than when I bought it and they did was drive it across the street to a $2 car wash and vacuum. I nneded the money before Thanksgiving so I took the $500 and ran, but they did was all wrong. They are THIEVES & LIARS!!! 

Never go there for a vehicle, they will steal your money & lie to you!!!
