Four Winds Casino Supended me with Rules not in the handbook New buffalo Michigan

I was wrongful suspended for following the rules on capping a machine at a casino I work at called Four Winds Casino in New buffalo Michigan. We can not turn a progressive machine off for anything unless told by a tech. So a guess wanted to go eat I did not notice the machine was a progressive till the guess had taken off to go eat. When I opened the machine I noticed it then so I wrote in the book check machine. I did Not cap it. There was a lady sitting 2 machine down she kept an eye on them while I went looking for the lady at all restaurants could not find her anywhere. so then I went back and told the lady I was unable to find her. When the lady had returned she got upset that her machines were not off. Then the MGR was called out they had to comp her to satisfy her. I got called into the office. My MGR Diane in Slots Dept had me file out a voluntary statement on 8/09/15 When I came back to work on my Monday 8/12/15 they suspended me for 3 days.

Then on Sat 8/15/15 I had talk to Rodney Villhard he is a VP I think and ask him with the 3 days I had off I went over the hand book and ask Rodney what did I do wrong he said I didn't call a supervisor I then said that's not in the handbook he then said we cant put everything in the hand book that I had been there 8 years I should know better. So after we were done I went to my MGR Brian and ask him if I could talk to Frank Kennedy he is higher yet. I ask him the same question he said if we put every role in the book we would have a really big book. Then I ask him if I were to take it to the hearing what was my possible chance of winning he said a 90%-10% that they would win and I would not. After this a friend told me that I didn't have to file out the voluntary statement since I have a learning disability I didn't know that. So MGR Diane never gave me that option. I did get copy's of my suspension and my voluntary statement I can make a copy of the section about the capping of machine policy if u need anything.

Oh another thing about something I have noticed that I have seen a lot of Favoritism going on. This casino is very Races. I would like to fight for my right just like they did back in the days when the whites and blacks won the rights. This is not right for them to do that. They have a rebid going on with some with only a 4 day work week some of us can't afford a 4 day work week can they do this? Another thing they do I seen is that if some one gets suspended get a 1 day how is that fair? I do know a slot attendant got a 1 day that should have been a 3 day but still got a 1. 2 slot attendants forgot to drop (signing it back in) there money at the end of there shift that is a termination but they are both still there. I want to say if rules are not in the handbook then isn't that called breaking the Law. They should get slapped with a BIG fine. Another thing is when we bid on a shift we should be able to work our shift right nope not this Crooked place they do what ever they feel like doing. 

I have 2 jobs and I like going to the anytime fitness gym every morning so by the time I get out of work at the casino I'm tired and want to go home to bed. This could have me falling asleep while driving home. They wouldnt care if I died. I want my rights they should have to pay fines with doing people worng. I tried to contact a EEOC office nobody wants to take forward with this. I want to sue the casino and the EEOC BIG time for doing me worng and the eeoc for not taking this up. The Tribal casino gets away with everything and thats worng. Somebody should shut them down. Plus they get big bonus us americans dont get nothing like they do.
