I, Nathan Hill, came to Fouts Ventures to have my website, Celebrity Green Room, completed. We signed a contract stating that he, Matthew Fouts, will have my website finished in a timely manner.
I paid him in full upfront, fees and all, and had to ask him numerous times to complete my website. My site was working in the beginning, then it stopped working all of a sudden. I then made several attempts to contact him via, phone, email, and even showing up to his store front location in Downtown Los Angeles. After these several attempts, my website was still not working properly.
Several months later, my website is still not working and Matthew Fouts has refused to refund me back the money I gave him to finish my website.
