Fowler and Fowler represent their company as one that can erase derogatory inquiries on consumer credit reports. In fact, they rarely do. In fact, they begin making excuses as to why they can't do this shortly after they sign you up as a client. I was a client. Joanne was my case worker assigned to me. It took almost 5 months to receive a response from the credit bureaus after I became a customer of Fowler and Fowler's. When I repeatedly asked Joanne why the bureaus were not answering their letters on my behalf, she replied that the consumer credit laws are not really enforced, therefore the  bureaus don't feel the need to obey those laws. When I asked how they planned on using the law to remove inaccurate data from my reports given that the credit bureaus do not care about the consumer credit laws, her response was equally nonsensical. This company blew a lot of smoke up my tail-pipe regarding what they could do to combat the erroneous entries on my credit reports. They never delivered on their promises. Additionally, Fowler and Fowler touts their perfect rating with the Better Business Bureau. What they do not accomplish is getting bogus information removed from the reports. My advice is to either bone up on the laws or hire a competent attorney. Either way, your money is better spent than with these clowns.
