FOX CHEVROLET Financing rip off/ bogus repairs/ refused to honor warranties BALTIMORE Maryland

I dont know where to begin, let's start with "The test drive" this was the best part of my puchase experience.

I did not see a carfax report until i asked for it. I didnt have enough money down as I was told. I was leaving the dealership, looking for my trade-in when i was approached by this huge guy who said he was the manager and that he could still help me with the purchase. I went back into the salseman's office to have a seat while they "worked things out".

WHile having casual conversation about the various features on the car, "Craig" the sales manager and two other guys flop down in the seat next to me and tell ,"You need to get on that fancy cell phone and call someone to bring you some more money". I said I didnt know anyone I'd want to give me that kind of money.He said "sure you do, there's got to be a few guys you can call". I stood up and asked for the keys to my trade in so I could leave. they would give me those keys for nothing.

The financing officer/manger Michelle , seemed very nice until i refused the financing arrangement and demanded my car( trade-in ) back. She called in her manager who told me that I was not making sense and why would i bring back the new car for my old one.I told him that the financial end of it was a problem,he said he needed to speak to his boss (wasnt there). I asked if I couild speak to his boss but he told me that it wasnt necessary and if I wanted results it would be better if he talked to her. The agreement was typed up 4times over a 7 day period and of course that bottom line and my supossed car payment went through the roof.

I told her she didnt tell me i only had 3 days to return the car if i didnt want it. I brought the car back, they did not know where my trade was and didnt make any atempts to find it. I felt like I was forced to take this car. This was a very intimidating atmophere.

I later found out that they did not pay off my trade completely they left about $1600 that is owed to the finance company. I keep getting calls from Fox Chevrolet because the Finance company for my trade will not release the title until the full amount is paid.

When I talked to the finance company for my trade they told me that Fox Chevrolet only paid the amount shown on my credit report, not the pay off price.

Now I'm being harrased by both companies.

This does even include the long list of repairs that still need to be fixed. They include a transmission leak, rack and pinion,power steering problem, headlight lamp keeps going out even after its been replaced with a whole new headlight ans suspension problems.The car has 1 muffler with two exhaust holder places on the bumper. The hood doesnt fit properly and host of other problems they refused to fix. The carfax report they gave me did not have any list of accidents but it makes a piercing sound when it starts up which Fox Chevrolet says is normal. I bought this car 2008 chevy Impala with 2912miles and ive had so many problems .

I feel taken advantage of because I am female. Is there any justice anywhere?
