Fox Rental Car | Fox Car Rental Fox Rental Car absolutey sucks, horrible customer service, culture of rude employees, 100's of negative reviews San Jose, California Nationwide

Immediately after posting my report, I get a reply from an average Joe that defends the company and blames me?

Fox Rental Car sucks.  Its amazing they can get someone to reply to complaints but they cant get a single customer service person to call back.  

In my opinion, their rebuttal was an employee or one of their agents at a marketing company trying to salvage their reputation. 

Fox Rental Car has hundreds, if not thousands of complaints for a reason.  You should avoid this company at all costs. 

You say they refused to rent you a car.  So what was the reason they gave you?  After all unless you want us to believe that they just randomly picked on you and decided to refuse you a car...there is more to this than you are saying.  Oh and don't give us the "Well they didn't tell us" line.  Because I can guarantee you that the converstation didn't go like "We are here to rent a car, and here is my credit card".."Sorry I am not going to give you a car...get out". 

Oh and while you spent all of your time looking for negative things on this company, did you happen to search other companies as well?   Because many of the other major car rental companies have been sued over the automatic toll charges.  You also would have no issues finding negative reviews and even entire social media sites on other companies....if you just took the time to look.

Oh and before you ask no, I do not now or have I ever worked for this company.  In fact I don't even use them as a car rental company.
