I tried to cancel my order online & called to cancel my order. They left numbers that you can't get in touch with the company & they don't return your call. I was highly upset when I looked them up on the internet & find out the antenna don't work.

Chase Bank stated that I need to call the company in order to get a refund & I did that with no luck. 

I'm mad as hell that people get away with scams & it's nothing you can do. I advise research the company first before ordering anything online. I may not get my money back, but if I can stop them from ripping peoplle off, my job is done. I do want my money back but from reading these other complaints, I have to stand in line. Boy, I am mad as hell!
