Foxton's Ripoff Lyndhurst New Jersey

Listed with Foxton's 10/31/2006 and was promised everything for 3%. So far, they have not cooperated with other Brokers in other Real Estate Agencies, no signs, only 3 visits from Foxton's in almost 2 months, no return of phone calls, wanted me to lower my price after 8 days and had not shown property, and kept saying they sent the forms 6 weeks later nothing - excuses after excuses, Jimmy who answered the toll free number was argumentive, no one returned calls when they said they would ever.

No open house ever. Sent to me the wrong fact sheet and never sent the right ones. Never sent signs. Listing agnet Marla Chicino is the worse, slick, fast talker however, no action as far a selling property. Does not even bring anyone to see it.

I have contacted the NJDOBI and placed a complaint with them and the Real Estate Commission of New Jersey. I have obtained a lawyer, they refused to release from agreement even though they have done absolutely nothing to sell.
